The new support platform

2Solar has a new support platform, containing a new Knowledge Base and the Customer Portal. Below you can read more about our new platform and how it exactly works.

On 2Solar's new support platform, you can find all information and communication in one place. By logging in through support.2solar.com, you will have access to two sections: the Knowledge Base and the Customer Portal.

The Knowledge Base

With more than 200 articles containing manuals, tips, and FAQs, you can quickly and easily find answers to many of your questions. Remember to log in first to access all articles. Visit our new knowledge base at support.2solar.com. If you have not found an answer to your question, please fill out our support form under "Contact."

Customer Portal

Through the Customer Portal, you manage communication with our support team. View, open, and respond to your support tickets here, and easily interact with our support team. Log in at support.2solar.com/customerportal or click "Go to Customer Portal" at the top of the Knowledge Base to navigate to the Customer Portal.
